The One-Rule Set:



One should encourage and enable others to accurately figure out whether or not
any person is deliberately and consciously misreporting their own perceptions.






That is The Paradigm from California Plan, complete, with just one rule.

500 thousand to 250 million people out of five billion, who have some awareness, one way or the other, of the existence of this understanding. That is what I understand to be "critical mass" for implementation of this paradigm.

Given that this web-site receives, at most (to the best of my knowledge), ten visitors a day, it would take about 130 years to begin to approach any useful change. And I'm not a particularly patient person anyway.

So, those odds aren't good enough, so, therefore:


    Please send me many thousands of dollars, or better yet, contribute tens of thousands of dollars to this project and I'll be able to go on a speaking tour, and, get the full paradigm published.


If one person in five billion took this one seriously,
